My Weekly Targets - Sample Form

It is very helpful to answer these next five questions for yourself, before you decide on your first week's targets. You do not have to bring these with you to your session. They are for the purpose of giving you an overview and focus to your goals.
- If you had to define your life purpose, using your experiences up 'til now, how would you state it?
- What would be one way to find more energy in your life?
- What would have to change in your life for it to be absolutely perfect?
- What is one change you could make in your life to reduce stress and give you peace of mind?
- What would be the benefit to you of completing a successful weight loss program?
For each number, enter a goal that you can realistically achieve by next week's AcuCoach session. These goals can be large or small, as long as you are committed to them fully. They should be related to your weight loss goals but can be concerned with any aspect in your life that will help you to achieve those goals.
